Procedure :
Mutual insurers or unions wishing to back mutual institutions must submit an information pack to the ACPR. Pursuant to Decree 2014-1281 of 23 October 2014, the information pack must be submitted at least three months before the substitution agreement enters into force. A list of documents to be provided in two copies can be found in Article A.211-3.
