NB: a representative office must limit its activities to information, liaison and representation assignments. A representative office may not carry out regulated transactions whose performance requires a licence or authorisation. Similarly, a representative office may not engage in direct marketing.

  • You must inform the ACPR of your project before opening a representative office.
  • The requisite application and documents must be sent to the Authorisation Directorate.
