Human Resources and Support Functions Directorate

The Human Resources and Support Functions Directorate is made up of five divisions:

Human Resources Division

The Human Resources Division participates to the preparation of proposals to the College in terms of human resources. It implements its decisions, ensures the management and administration of the SGACPR staff. It organises processes for annual assessment interview and fixing of objectives. It is responsible for hiring and preparing the decisions in terms of remuneration setting in cooperation with the General Directorate for Human Resources of the Banque de France. It organises relationships with representative institutions specific to the SGACPR.

Standards, Methods, Organisation and Training Division

The Standards, Methods, Organization and Training Division is responsible for methodology issues on the practical implementation of off-site supervision and work procedures in the general directorate. It reinforces the coordination between the different divisions and carries out cross-functional works. It elaborates trainings programs and ensures the management of training activities for all the staff.

Operational Support, Functional and Application Management Division

The Operational Support, Functional and Application Management Division is responsible for the assistance to the contracting authority and project manager for projects and applications of the information system used by the SGACPR divisions and the other fields of the Banque de France. It contributes to the quality of the services proposed to all divisions and staff of the SGACPR.

Financial Management Division

The Financial Management Division is the contact point of the financial and audit directorate and accounting directorate of the Banque de France. It carries out the unwinding of calls for contributions for supervision fees. In cooperation with the aforementioned accounting directorate, it follows its recovery. It ensures the elaboration and monitoring for budget implementation of the Authority. As such, it centralises and follows expenditure commitments of the different administrative units of the SGACPR. It is responsible for auditioning and monitoring of dashboards.

Property and General Services Division

The Property and General Services Division is the contact point of the Bank in terms of property management and deals with all logistic issues of the SGACPR. It participates to the conclusion of contracts and tendering proceedings.
