• Décret n°2009-1372 du 6 novembre 2009 publishing the agreement in the form of an exchange of letters on deposit guarantee schemes between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of His Serene Highness the Prince of Monaco, signed in Monaco and Paris on 8 November 2005
• Décret n°2003-456 du 16 mai 2003 publishing the agreement in the form of an exchange of letters between the Government of the French Republic and the Government of the Principality of Monaco on the harmonised supervision of credit institutions taking the form of subsidiaries or branches in the Principality of Monaco, signed in Paris and Monaco on 6 April and 10 May 2001
• Décret n°63-900 du 29 août 1963  publishing the exchange of letters between France and Monaco of 18 May 1963 on banking regulation in the Principality of Monaco
• Décret n°45-1106 du 16 mai 1945 publishing and implementing the conventions between France and the Principality of Monaco on exchange controls and the prevention of tax fraud, illicit profits and price control
