How will we follow-up on your request?
- Your request will be analysed. The ACPR uses the information brought to its attention by customers to identify potential bad business practices and thus guide its supervisory action. However, as our agents are bound by professional secrecy, they will not be able to share information with you about any action taken following your request.
- The Banque de France will reply to your request within 15 days, providing you with information on the steps to follow to try and settle the dispute you brought to our attention.

The National call centre for lost and stolen cheques (Centre national d’appel des chèques perdus ou volés – CNACPV)
