The ACPR and the AMF (the French Financial Markets Authority) remain vigilant on this matter and regularly publish lists of unauthorised players and issue public warnings.

Don't fall for scams! Stay vigilant!

Be wary of investment or credit offers that seem too good to be true, of unsolicited messages from strangers asking for money or for your bank account details to resolve or prevent an alleged issue. Confirm the identity of the person you are in contact with.

No representative from the ACPR or the Banque de France will ever contact you to ask you for money or for your bank details (IBAN, payment card details, etc.). Anyone who does is trying to scam you.
