This report is an opportunity to present all the Authority's general interest tasks:

  • prudential supervision;

  • customer protection;

  • anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CTF);

  • crisis prevention and resolution arrangements in the event of an institution's failure;

  • participation in financial stability.

In the current economic context, marked by the war in Ukraine, the ACPR must adjust its priorities and take on new challenges in the service of financial stability:

  • conducting increased due diligence and enhanced day-to-day supervision of supervised institutions;

  • continuing in-depth work on structural or emerging risks;

  • maintaining its commitments on European work, particularly work on major institutions in support of the European Central Bank, and work carried out as part of the presidency of the European Union in the first half of 2022, in support of the Ministry of Economy, Finance and Industrial and Digital Sovereignty.
