AMF and ACPR announce the withdrawal of BYKEPS SAS’s registration as a DASP

The Board of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) decided on 27 September 2022 to withdraw the registration obtained by BYKEP SAS as a digital asset service provider (DASP), with immediate effect.

The procedure was initiated following an on-site inspection carried out by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR), which revealed facts calling into question the conditions of its registration.
