Survey on the digital revolution in the French insurance sector
As the pace of change of the digital revolution quickens, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) conducted a survey on the challenges of the digital revolution in the French banking and insurance sectors.
This cross-sectoral survey was conducted in the second half of 2017. It was made up of around 100 open-ended questions and was addressed to a representative sample of six banks and eleven insurance companies from the two French market sectors.
