Digital transformation in the French banking sector

It seemed worthwhile to repeat these two studies a few years later, in order to assess developments in these two sectors. This work, which focuses on the banking sector, drew on a survey similar to the 2017-2018 one and comprising about fifty questions, that was sent to eight representative banking institutions in the French market.
